Pursuant to the regulation of conditions effective from 17th August 2009, basic information about the Green Savings programme can be found in the following documents:
Ministry of the Environment Directive No. 9/2009 on the provision of financial resources from the State Environmental Fund of the CR under the Green Savings programme
The Directive defines the Green Savings programme and the basic procedures for provision of the support. The Directive is specified in more detail by Annexes to the Directive listed and is summarised below.

Annexes I to MoE Directive No. 9/2009
Annexes I set out details of the support providing procedure, support amount and programme requirements. Annexes I contain the following parts:
Annex No. I/1 Basic definitions and the list of subsidised areas
under the Programme
The annex contains basic term definitions (family house, multiple-dwelling house, floor area, specific heat demand etc.) and subsidised area definitions.
Annex No. I/2 Conditions for granting subsidies in individual areas
The annex defines all support areas, conditions and forms of support.
Annex No. I/3 Rules and conditions of granting subsidies
in individual areas
The annex specifies basic rules for providing support, lists support amounts in individual areas as well as other rules (maximum support amount, change of beneficiary, etc.)
Annex No. I/4 Submitting applications for a subsidy
and administration thereof
The annex specifies the procedure for submitting and administering applications in individual subsidised areas, sets out basic requirements for supported measure implementation, the effective period of the Decision to Grant Support and other rules for submitting applications for support.
Annex No. I/5 Necessary documents for submitting applications
for a subsidy
The annex specifies the application form, defines persons competent to submit the application and the attachments required as an appendix to the application form and documents to be presented after completion.- Annex No. I/6 Sample applications
The application is submitted by the owner or builder of a building intended for habitation. Only a person subject to tax liability under Act No. 338/1992 Coll. on real estate tax, or the person who will use the family house or multiple-dwelling house for habitation or providing habitation for 15 years may apply for the subsidy. The application is submitted using the appropriate application form below:

Annex No. I/7 - Evidencing compliance with energy
and environmental requirements for the measure
The annex defines the contents of the expert opinion by which the applicant evidences compliance with energy and environmental requirements for the subsidised measure, and sets out persons authorised to draw up the expert opinion.

The annex will set out general requirements for elements of the invoice presented by the applicant as a document of the implemented measure completion.

The cover sheet is a mandatory attachment to the subsidy application. The cover sheet contains information about the building and the implemented measure. The cover sheet is completed by the applicant in cooperation with the author of the working documentation.

Annex No. I/12 Technical and energy requirements
for passive standard attainment
The annex sets out required properties of passive family houses and passive multiple-dwelling houses based on TNI 73 0329 and TNI 73 0330 and a set of Czech technical standards, ČSN 73 0540, ČSN EN ISO 13790 and ČSN EN 13829 in particular.

The annex sets out rules for providing the support from the Green Savings programme for general thermal insulation of panel houses.

Annexes II to MoE Directive No. 9/2009

The annex sets out rules for granting subsidies for preparation and implementation of supported measures in individual subsidised areas, and subsidy amounts in individual subsidised areas.
